Vegan Christmas Rice Crispy Treats

Long time no post! December was just mad busy; working the panto, filming every day for my video diaries, going on festive days out and making gifts for my friends consumed a great deal of my time and my blog suffered because of it! However today I am back to posting with a deliciously guilt free KRISPIE TREAT that I have made festive, however this could be made into any animal you like  for any time of year (a bunny is great for Easter). Feel free to use non vegan alternatives if you aren't vegan/Dairy free.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
.175g rice krispies
.1 pack vegan marshmallows
.75g Dairy Free White Chocolate
.75g Dairy free milk chocolate
Method:
  1. Line a square tin with baking parchment.
  2. Place a small amount of water in a bowl and heat on medium, until simmering.
  3. In a glass bowl place in the marshmallows and chocolate, and then place the bowl over the heat and stir until combined and melted.
  4. Stir in the Rice Krispies and transfer into tin.
  5. Press down until very compact and place in fridge for 30 mins.
  6. Remove from fridge and decorate with vegan pretzels and dairy free chocolate buttons for the nose. Melt down the milk chocolate and place into piping bag to secure the ears and nose and pipe two dots for eyes.
  7. Place back in the fridge until you are ready to enjoy!!
Comment below if you end up making these, and all that's left to say is HAPPY NEW YEAR!
